How can I register my account if the website isn't working?

If you can't use the signup form on this website for any reason, please send us an email at and we will register your account in our system. After your registration has been completed we will send you an email with the necessary information.

I am a shipping agent or terminal in the Amsterdam region. Can I register an account too?

Of course you can! But we have to set up a specific agent or terminal account for you. Our operators will help you to set up your account and answer any questions you might have. Just send us an email at with your contact details and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my announcments?

If you have any questions regarding the status of your announcement, please contact the ISPS agent that is mentioned for your announcement.

If you have any questions regarding your Ship2Report account or if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact our service desk.

The status of my announcement is still 'at agent'. What is wrong?

You only get feedback in the application itself if the agent in question uses our system. Other agents will simply receive an email with your announcement and no further feedback can be supplied on your screen.

At what times can I contact you with questions?

Our operators are available 24/7 to answer any basic questions you have. If they are unable to answer your question they will defer it to our second line service desk which is available during office hours only.
